I hope they can find my T-shirt and return it to me.

I misplaced my T-shirt in room 32 during my stay 5/26-27. Despite reaching out to customer service through emails and the hotel website multiple times. I have not received any response. This lack of communication has left me feeliing quite disappointed.

Excellent stay

Staff are very polite..front desk also are very approachable.. place and location is excellent. And the free shuttle is outstanding. We stay there for almost how many days before going vacation abroad then after vacation the service is excellent. Food is good too only the thing is we don’t have electric kettle inside the room but no worries there is water dispenser in 2nd floor

The location is convenient for travelers who came from a long haul flight. The free airport shuttle is superb with friendly and accommodating drivers.

My room was located near the main entrance you can hear the noise and its quite disturbing.
